Günter Bissinger Medizintechnik GmbH ascribes a high importance to the protection of your personal data. All information on your person, such as the form of address, first name, last name, address, phone number, fax, email address, IP-address, etc. are called personal data. We want to inform you about when we collect which of your personal data and how we use them.
We have taken technical and organisational measures that ensure that the provisions on data privacy are observed by us and our service providers alike. Your data are protected in the scope of the statutory provisions of the relevant data privacy laws (e.g. EU data privacy regulation, E-Privacy regulation).

Collection and Processing of Data
By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your data according to this data privacy statement. This is done using the following paths:
Web-Analysis, Tracking, Social Media
We do not use any web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics), trackers (e.g. eTracker) or Social Media Plugins (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) on our website.
Every access to our website and every call of files stored on our website (e.g. our catalogues) is logged. Storage serves internal system-specific purposes. The traffic data will be logged: Date and time of the call, browser, operating system, referrer, i.e. the page from which the call comes (e.g. Google). The IP-address is not logged in this. Access to this protocol takes place mostly for statistical evaluation, but also in case of safety violations. The storage duration of these data is up to 10 weeks. Personal user profiles are not generated!
Submission of Information
You may contact us via our E-Mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. Click this link to open your own email application on your computer. The E-Mail will then be sent to us via your own system. Please also observe that you should avoid giving confidential information in this. In that case, please contact us to coordinate secure submission of potentially larger data volumes between us.

Right to Information-Related Self-Determination
You have the right to learn which of your data are saved by us (information right), and have incorrect data corrected or deleted/locked. Upon written request, we will gladly inform you of the data saved about your person. For this, we will send you a registered letter with the corresponding documents. Please understand that we must verify you as the recipient, of course – to protect your personal data.
We strive to save your personal data inaccessible for third parties by taking all technical and organisational measures to make them inaccessible to third parties. When communicating via unencrypted email (via a direct link with an email address), complete data security cannot be ensured by us. Therefore, we recommend postal mailings for confidential information.
